50ml Talisker 10

15ml Caramel Syrup

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

25ml Clear Apple Juice

1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

1 Caramelised Brown Sugar (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Build in an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Lime Wedge covered in Brown Sugar.

  4. Use a blowtorch to caramelise the sugar.
