A tangerine dream of a drink, this seasonal citrus cocktail reflects the delicate flavour and lightness of Haig Club Scotch Whisky.

Ingredients

50ml Haig Club

15ml Tangerine Juice

15ml Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

15ml Simple Syrup

10ml Double Cream

15ml Soda Water

1 Dehydrated Tangerine Wheel (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Muddler

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add the Soda Water to an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  2. Shake all ingredients without Ice and dry shake.

  3. Add Ice and shake again.

  4. Strain into the Ice-filled Highball Glass and garnish with a Dehydrated Tangerine Wheel.
