35ml Tanqueray No.Ten
20ml White Grapefruit Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
60ml Champagne
1 Grapefruit Peel (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Champagne Flute
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all ingredients except the Champagne with Ice.
Fine strain into a Champagne Flute.
Garnish with a Grapefruit Peel.
