Ingredients

25ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin

25ml Raspberry Syrup

10ml Fresh Lemon Juice

175ml Wheat Beer

Equipment

1 Pint Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients except the Wheat Beer with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Pint Glass.

  3. Garnish with an Orange Wedge.
