37.5ml Roe & Co Irish Whiskey

37.5ml Dry Vermouth

12.5ml Green Chartreuse

12.5ml Hibiscus Syrup

50ml Half and Half

1 Rose Petal (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Coupe Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Coupe Glass.

  3. Garnish with Rose Petals.
