Singleton of Dufftown 12-Year-Old classically stirred down with Sweet Vermouth and Spicy Bitters.

50ml Singleton 12-Year-Old
25ml Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Maraschino Cherry (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Coupe Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Mixing Glass
1 Julep Strainer
method
Add all the ingredients to an Ice-filled Mixing Glass.
Stir to mix, chill and dilute.
Strain into a chilled Coupe Glass.
Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.
