50ml Ciroc

70ml Pomegranate Juice

50ml Plum Juice

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

1 Highball Glass

1 Jigger

1 Ice Scoop

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add all ingredients to a crushed ice-filled Highball Glass.

  2. Churn to combine.

  3. Top with more crushed ice.

  4. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
