70ml Watermelon Juice
10ml Lime Juice
3 Fresh Mint Leaves
10ml Pure Cane Syrup
1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)

1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all ingredients with ice.
FIne strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
