25ml Ketel One Vodka
12.5ml Coffee Liqueur
12.5ml Vanilla Syrup
75ml Fresh Milk
75ml Single Cream
1Tsp Cinnamon Powder (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.
Garnish with Cinnamon Powder.
