Baileys Banana Split
Banana Split bliss! A delectable concoction of Baileys Caramel Irish Cream Liqueur, Dark Rum, Banana, Vanilla ice Cream and a Dash of Nutmeg blended together until creamy. Served straight up with a Chocolate Rim, Whipped Cream and a cherry - this is decadence at every sip!

2.5oz Baileys Caramel Irish Cream Liqueur
0.5oz Captain Morgan’s Dark Rum
0.5oz Fresh Banana
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1tsp Nutmeg
0.8oz Whipped Cream (Garnish)
1tbsp Finely-ground Chocolate (Garnish)
1 Maraschino Cherry (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Blender
1 Tongs
method
Rim a chilled Martini glass in Ground Chocolate or Hot Chocolate Mix.
Add the Cherry to the bottom of the glass.
Blend the Banana with the Baileys Caramel Irish Cream Liqueur, Captain Morgan’s Dark Rum, Vanilla ice Cream and Nutmeg.
Pour into the glass and top with Whipped Cream and a Banana slice.
