1.75oz Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur

0.75oz Smirnoff No.21 Vodka

0.75oz Espresso

3 Coffee Beans (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.

  3. Garnish with Coffee Beans.
