Ingredients

1.25oz  Cîroc Vodka

0.75oz Pomegranate Liqueur

0.75oz  Lemon Juice

0.5oz Sugar Syrup

3 Raspberries (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Champagne flute

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1  Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1  Tongs

method

1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

2. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.

3. Garnish with three Raspberries.
