"Sunday Fun-day" by the pool has never been better. fresh Lemonade, Pomegranate Juice and Limoncello Accentuate the Natural Sugars and fresh finish of Cîroc Red Berry - the star of this summer cocktail.

Ingredients

1.25oz  Cîroc Red Berry

0.5oz . Limoncello

0.5oz  Pomegranate Juice

0.5oz Simple Syrup

0.75oz  Lemonade

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Coupe Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1  Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake the first four liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Coupe glass.

  3. Add the Dash of Lemonade.

  4. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
