Ingredients

1.75oz Gordon's Elderflower Gin

5oz  Tonic

1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

1 Cucumber Slice (Garnish)

1 Strawberry (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Highball Glass

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add all ingredients to a Highball glass filled with Cubed ice.

  2. Garnish with a Lime wedge, Cucumber slice and Strawberry.

Alcohol content: 0.5 fluid oz. per serve
