Ingredients

0.75oz Baileys Coffee Irish Cream Liqueur

0.25oz Captain Morgan's Original Spiced Rum

0.25oz Amaretto Liqueur

0.75oz Coffee

1 Crushed Amaretto Cookie (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Crush the Amaretto Cookies and rim the Martini glass.

  2. Vigourously shake all the ingredients with ice.

  3. Fine strain into the rimmed Martini glass.

Alcohol content:

8.3g per serve
