Ketel Cucumber
An exotic fusion of East meets West! Ketel One Original Vodka mixed with Ginger Liqueur, Cucumber Juice and Lemongrass Syrup that's served shaken on the rocks - this burst of flavors will wow your palate!

1.25oz Ketel One Vodka
0.25oz Ginger Liqueur
0.75oz Cucumber Juice
0.25oz Lime Juice
0.5oz Lemongrass Syrup
4 Slices of Cucumber (Garnish)
1 Crystallised Ginger Coin (Garnish)
1 Lemongrass Stalk (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Collins Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Line a Collins glass with Cucumber slices and Cubed ice.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain in the ice-filled Collins glass.
Bruise Lemongrass Stalk and stir the drink with it.
Garnish with Cucumber slices and Ginger Coin.
