Ingredients

1.5oz Cîroc Vodka

0.5oz Peach Liqueur

0.25oz Green Chartreuse

0.5oz Dolin Dry

0.5oz Lemon Juice

1  Lemon Verbena (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Maille Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1  Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

method

  1. Add all ingredients to a Cocktail Shaker filled with ice and throw the ingredients through a strainer into an empty Cocktail Shaker.

  2. Repeat five times.

  3. Strain into an ice-filled Maille glass.

  4. Garnish with Lemon Verbena.

27.8g per serve
