Method
Preparation
- Gently muddle the Mint with the other ingredients except for the Soda Water in a Highball glass.
- Fill the glass with Crushed ice and churn.
- Top up again with Crushed ice and add Soda Water.
- Garnish with a Mint Sprig and a Lemon wedge.
