1.75oz Don Julio Tequila

0.5oz  Lemon Juice

0.5oz Lime Juice

0.5oz  Grenadine

0.5oz  Orgeat Syrup

0.75oz Pasteurized Egg White (or 1 small fresh egg white)

1  Lime Wheel (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Highball Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients vigourously with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a Coupe glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lime wheel.
