0.5oz Lime Juice
0.5oz Grenadine
0.5oz Orgeat Syrup
0.75oz Pasteurized Egg White (or 1 small fresh egg white)
1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients vigourously with ice.
Fine strain into a Coupe glass.
Garnish with a Lime wheel.
