0.75oz Lime Juice
0.75oz Pom Syrup
0.75oz Ginger Beer
1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients except the Ginger Beer with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.
Top up with Ginger Beer.
Garnish with a Lime wedge.
