5oz Fever-tree Indian Tonic Water
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon

method
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled Highball glass.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
