10.75 Fever-tree Indian Tonic Water
1 Grapefruit Peel (Garnish)

1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon

method
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled Highball glass.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with Grapefruit peel.
