Ingredients

1.75oz Smirnoff No.21 Vodka

80.25oz Yellow Grapefruit Juice

0.5oz Simple Syrup

1.75oz Soda

1 Grapefruit Wheel (Garnish)

1 Rosemary Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Highball Glass

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add all ingredients to a Highball glass filled with Cubed ice.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Grapefruit wheel and a Rosemary Sprig.
