Spiced Caipirinha

A twist on the classic Caipirinha, using Captain Morgan Spiced Gold instead of the traditional Cachaça for a smoother and slightly sweeter finish.

Ingredients

1.75oz Captain Morgans Spiced Rum

0.5oz Coffee Liqueur

0.5oz Simple Syrup

1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1  Muddler Bar Spoon

1  Tongs

method

  1. Muddle the limes and Sugar in the Rocks glass.

  2. When the lime juice is fully extracted, add the Rum and 3/4 fill with crushed ice.

  3. Stir the ingredients do that the limes are lifted from the bottom of the glass and distributed throughout the drink.

  4. Finish with a cap of crushed ice.

Alcohol content:

15.8 g per serve
