1.75oz Haig Club

0.5oz Tangerine Juice

0.5oz Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

0.5oz Simple Syrup

0.25oz Double Cream

0.5oz Soda Water

1 Dehydrated Tangerine Wheel (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Muddler

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add the Soda Water to an ice-filled Highball glass.

  2. Shake all ingredients without ice and dry shake.

  3. Add ice and shake again.

  4. Strain into the ice-filled Highball glass and garnish with a Dehydrated Tangerine wheel.
