0.25oz Italian Bitter Liqueur
0.75oz Orange Juice
0.5oz Simple Syrup
1 Orange Peel Knot (Garnish)

1 Martini Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with an Orange Peel Knot.
