50ml Bulleit Rye

25ml Dry Vermouth

25ml Pineapple Juice

1 Lime Twist (Garnish)

1 Martini Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with the Lime Twist.
