50ml Haig Club

15ml Lemon juice

5ml Dark creme de cacao

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
