Australian Gin Martini
A crisp and clean classic made with exquisite Tanqueray No.TEN Gin and a touch of Vermouth.

Ingredients
45ml Tanqueray No.TEN
10ml Belsazar Dry Vermouth
1 Lemon Twist or Green Olive (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Mixing Glass
1 Julep Strainer
method
Add all the ingredients to an Ice-filled Mixing Glass.
Stir to mix, chill and dilute.
Strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with either a Lemon Twist or Green Olive.
