Ingredients

70ml Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur

15ml Johnnie Walker Red Label Blended Scotch Whisky

10ml Coffee

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1  Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

Alcohol content:

14.4 g per serve
