Ingredients

70ml Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur

10ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka

1 Cinnamon Powder and a Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with a dusting of Cinnamon Powder and a Cinnamon Stick.
