Ingredients

70ml Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur

15ml Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Coconut

10ml Cream

1 Cherry (Garnish)

1 Chocolate Syrup (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass

  3. Garnish with a Cherry dipped in Chocolate Syrup.

13.8 g per serve
