35ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin

25ml Stirrings Lemon Drop Cocktail Mixer

10ml Stirrings Blood Orange Bitters

10ml Wild hibiscus syrup

1 Lemon Slice (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 FIne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Slice of Lemon.
