50ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
12.5ml Sweet Vermouth
12.5ml Dry Vermouth
25ml Orange Juice
1 Orange Twist (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with an Orange Twist.

History of the Drink
The Bronx is closely tied to the development of the Bronx neighbourhood in New York City. The cocktail is said to have been invented at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in the early 1900s, and was named after the popular borough of the city.
