Hedgerow Sling
Tanqueray is mixed with Blackberry and sloe gin in this delicious Bramble twist.

Ingredients
25ml Tanqueray Gin
25ml Gordon's Sloe Gin
25ml Lemon juice
12.5ml Sugar syrup
12.5ml Crème de Mure
100ml Soda Water
1 Lemon Wedge (Garnish)
2 Blackberries (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients (except Creme de Mure) with ice.
Strain into a crushed-ice-filled Highball Glass.
Drizzle the Creme de Mure over the top.
Garnish with a Lemon Wedge and Blackberries.
