    Tanqueray Gin

  • 25ml

    Gordon's Sloe Gin

  • 25ml

    Lemon juice

  • 12.5ml

    Sugar syrup

  • 12.5ml

    Crème de Mure

  • 100ml

    Soda Water

  • 1

    Lemon Wedge (Garnish)

    Blackberries (Garnish)

Method

  • Preparation
    1. Shake all the liquid ingredients (except Creme de Mure) with ice.
    2. Strain into a crushed-ice-filled Highball Glass.
    3. Drizzle the Creme de Mure over the top.
    4. Garnish with a Lemon Wedge and Blackberries.
