Bulleit Honey & Cucumber Sour

A beautiful mix of Bulleit Bourbon with sweet, spice and fresh flavour notes.

Ingredients

50ml Bulleit Bourbon

25ml Honey Syrup

10ml Club Soda

3 Pieces of Cucumber

2 Wedges of Lemon

1 Wedge of Lemon and a Cucumber Wheel (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1  Muddler

1 Mixing Glass

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. In a Mixing Glass, muddle Cucumber, Lemon Wedges and Honey Syrup.

  2. Add Bulliet Bourbon and Ice and stir vigorously.

  3. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  4. Top with Club Soda.

  5. Garnish with a Cucumber Wheel and Lemon Wedge.
