37.5ml Haig Club Clubman

25ml Cherry Heering

75ml Cranberry Juice

75ml Pineapple Juice

12.5ml Orgeat

2 Cherries (Garnish)

1 Holly Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1  Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Two Cherries and a Sprig of Holly.
