50ml Ciroc Coconut

125ml Pineapple Juice

1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)

1 Pineapple Leaf (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge and Pineapple Leaf.
