    Lemon juice

    Simple syrup

Method

  • Preparation
    1. Lightly bruise the Mint Leaves and drop them into a Mixing Tin.
    2. Add the remaining liquid ingredients to the Tin.
    3. Shake with Ice.
    4. Strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.
    5. Garnish with a Fresh Mint Sprig.
