Ciroc Peach Lemonade

A Cîroc peach drink combined with lemonade is perfect for the summer. The oils in fresh mint awaken the flavours of Cîroc Peach, lemon juice, and iced tea giving a new spin to an old favourite.

Ingredients

5 Fresh mint leaves

50ml Ciroc Peach

25ml Lemon juice

25ml Simple syrup

50ml Iced tea

1 Fresh Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Lightly bruise the Mint Leaves and drop them into a Mixing Tin.

  2. Add the remaining liquid ingredients to the Tin.

  3. Shake with Ice.

  4. Strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  5. Garnish with a Fresh Mint Sprig.
