Cîroc Red Berry is perfectly balanced with Raspberries and Citrus and then charged with Soda Water.

Ingredients

50ml Ciroc Red Berry

15ml Raspberry Liqueur

25ml Lemon Juice

5 Sugar Syrup

5ml Fresh Raspberries

1 Top Up with Soda Water

2 Raspberries (Garnish)

1 Blackberry (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Muddle Raspberries with Raspberry Liqueur.

  2. Add the remaining liquid ingredients and shake with Ice.

  3. Strain over ice in a Highball Glass.

  4. Top up with Soda Water.

  5. Garnish with Two Raspberries and One Blackberry on a Fruit Stick.
