Ingredients

25ml Ciroc

12.5ml Chambord

12.5ml Amaretto

100ml Single cream

1 Tsp Cinnamon (Garnish)

1 Raspberry (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Coupe Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Coupe Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Raspberry.
