The perfect way to unwind after a long day. Cîroc Coconut mixed with Vanilla Liqueur, Fresh Lime and topped off with a splash of Ginger Ale - as delightful as a Hawaiian sunset.

35ml Cîroc Vodka

25ml Pomegranate Liqueur

25ml Lemon Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

3 Raspberries (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Champagne Flute

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into a chilled Champagne Flute.

  3. Garnish with Three Raspberries.
