50ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin

25ml Lemon Juice

15ml Raspberry Syrup

25ml  Pasteurized Egg White

1 Raspberry (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Coupe Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail shaker

1 Hawthrone strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into a chilled Coupe Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Raspberry.
