Cîroc Cucumber & Mint Cooler

Fresh and green - a great way to enjoy the delicious Grape notes in Ciroc.

Ingredients

50ml Ciroc

2 Inches of Cucumber

6 Mint Leaves

25ml Lemon Juice

25ml Elderflower Cordial

2 Cucumber Slices and a Mint Sprig (Garnish)

50ml Soda Water

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1  Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add the Mint and Cucumber to a shaker and muddle.

  2. Add the Ciroc, Elderflower Cordial and Lemon.Fill with Ice and shake.

  3. Fill with Ice and shake.

  4. Strain into a Highball Glass full with Crushed Ice.

  5. Top with Soda Water and Cap with more Crushed Ice.

  6. Garnish with Cucumber Slices and a Mint Sprig.
