Ingredients

50ml Captain Morgans Dark Rum

15ml Orange Juice

15ml Lime Juice

15ml Vanilla Syrup

1 Pinch of Ground Nutmeg

1 Lime and 1 Orange Wheel (Garnish)

1 Dash of Angostura Bitters

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1  Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  3. Garnish with Orange and Lime Wheels.
