Ingredients

35ml Don Julio Reposado Tequila

15ml Tequila liqueur

125ml Water

1 Tbsp Agave nectar

1 Tbsp Hibiscus flowers

Equipment

1 Heatproof Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jjigger

1 Fine Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1 Kettle

method

  1. Steep Hibiscus in boiling water until bright red in colour.

  2. Strain into a heat proof mug.

  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  4. Granish with Orange Peels.

History of the Drink
