Ingredients

50ml Don Julio Blanco Tequila

25ml Pomegranate Juice

15ml Lime juice

10ml Simple Syrup

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Highball Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
