Ingredients

35ml Don Julio Blanco Tequila

10ml Orange liqueur

25ml Sweet and Sour Mix

25ml Cantaloupe Purée

10ml Cantaloupe Syrup

1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
