Lemongrass & Ginger Collins

Tanqueray No.Ten is mixed with Ginger and Lemongrass in this citrusy, refreshingly tasty twist on the Collins cocktail.

Ingredients

50ml Tanqueray No.Ten

25ml Lemon Juice

25ml Ginger and Lemongrass Cordial

50ml Soda Water

1 Slice Fresh Ginger (Garnish)

1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

1 Lemongrass Stalk (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients except the Soda Water with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Highball Glass.

  3. Top with Soda.

  4. Garnish with Fresh Ginger, a Lime Wedge and a Lemongrass Stalk.
