50ml Haig Club
15ml Ginger ale
100ml Cold-brewed Lapsang Souchong Tea
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
2 Apple Slices (Garnish)
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Rocks Glass
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
Add all ingredients to a Rocks Glass filled with Cubed Ice.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig and Two Apple Slices.
